Missions & Worship Arts

David is single, and has been at Hope for over 26 years. He has a heart for serving people – both in Worship and through Outreach.  He leads Hope’s Mission Team to bring Jesus to the Community right around Us.  A few mission projects that are dear to him are – Mt. Calvary in Detroit, water collection and delivery to Flint, as well as supporting World Missions through Haiti, Global Lutheran Outreach, and Lutheran Women’s Missionary League.  He can often been found in the kitchen helping make meals for large groups as well as coordinating food distribution to select local families in need.

His hobbies include: Model railroading, Vintage Cars, Gardening, Architectural Design, Home Renovations, and has rehabbed three houses. David also has a passion to help youth in Foster Care.
